We are partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Communications Lead to play a key role in developing and executing high-profile communications initiatives. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate reputation, public affairs, executive communications, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
This is a full time, onsite job in the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated strategic communications plans aligned with organisational objectives.
Provide senior counsel to leadership teams on communications strategy, reputation management, and messaging.
Lead proactive and reactive communications initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
Manage executive communications, thought leadership, speeches, and key messaging.
Support issues management and crisis communications planning and response.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, government, industry, and other external stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of messaging and brand positioning.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, public affairs, or related fields.
Proven experience advising senior executives and leadership teams.
Strong understanding of reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and media relations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing complex communications programmes across multiple audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
